Annual Compliance Services
Every company and LLP registered in India must comply with annual filing requirements prescribed by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and the Income Tax Department. Missing these deadlines can result in significant penalties, additional fees, and even company strike-off.
Compliance Navigators provides comprehensive annual compliance services to ensure your business meets all regulatory obligations on time, every time.
Annual Return Filing
For Companies (MGT-7/MGT-7A)
Every company must file its annual return within 60 days of the Annual General Meeting (AGM). The annual return includes details of shareholders, directors, changes in directorship, shares held, and other statutory information.
For LLPs (Form 11)
LLPs must file an annual return within 60 days of the end of the financial year, providing details of partners, their contributions, and changes during the year.
Financial Statement Filing
AOC-4 for Companies
Companies must file their financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statement) within 30 days of the AGM. This includes XBRL compliance for applicable companies.
Form 8 for LLPs
LLPs must file a Statement of Account and Solvency within 30 days of the end of six months of the financial year.
Board Meeting Compliance
Companies are required to hold:
- At least 4 board meetings per year (one per quarter)
- One Annual General Meeting (AGM) per year
- Maintain proper minutes of all meetings
- File resolutions and minutes as required
We help you plan your meeting calendar, prepare agenda and notices, draft minutes, and maintain statutory registers.
Statutory Audit
Every company registered in India must get its accounts audited by a qualified Chartered Accountant. Our audit services include:
- Preparation of financial statements as per applicable accounting standards
- Compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) for applicable companies
- Audit report preparation and issuance

KYC Filing (DIR-3 KYC)
Every director holding a DIN must file their KYC annually before September 30th. Non-filing results in DIN deactivation and a ₹5,000 penalty for reactivation. We ensure timely KYC filing for all directors.
DIN/eKYC
Similar to DIR-3 KYC, designated partners of LLPs must complete their annual KYC filing. We manage this process end-to-end for all designated partners.
