GSTR-9 is the annual GST return that consolidates all monthly/quarterly returns (GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B) filed during the financial year. It provides a year-end reconciliation of outward supplies, inward supplies, ITC claimed and reversed, and tax paid — making it the most important GST compliance document after the monthly returns.

For taxpayers with turnover above ₹5 crore, GSTR-9C (reconciliation statement certified by a CA) is also mandatory. The annual return deadline is December 31st of the following financial year, though extensions are common.

Our team conducts a thorough reconciliation of all 12 months' GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B data against your books of accounts, identifies any tax short-paid or excess ITC claimed, and files an accurate GSTR-9 — minimising your audit exposure.

Why Choose Our GSTR-9 Annual Return Service

1

Full-Year Reconciliation

Catch and correct any discrepancies between GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and your books before the department notices them.

2

ITC Finalisation

GSTR-9 is the last opportunity to claim any unclaimed ITC from previous months within the financial year.

3

Avoid Scrutiny

An accurate GSTR-9 reduces the risk of GST audit, scrutiny, and show cause notices.

4

Tax Liability Cleanup

Pay any short-paid tax with interest to avoid detection during departmental audits — voluntary compliance is always better.

5

GSTR-9C Ready

For turnovers above ₹5 crore, our GSTR-9 preparation is aligned with GSTR-9C requirements, making the CA certification smooth.
